I had been using SwiftSeller for probably two months. As a paying customer, up to that point, I was very satisfied with the product. It was working great- at first. However, I did something or something with my settings changed where I couldn’t get it to share the way it had always been sharing. So I contacted swift seller through the help email to get help to fix it. The person who responded to me tried explaining something that I wasn’t asking about. It was an obvious miscommunication. Even they said so. But instead of helping me- they gave me instructions on how to cancel my subscription and said there was nothing they could do. I am at a loss that this is the customer service that was provided. I was happy with the service. I didn’t want to cancel. I just needed help with my settings. But instead of getting help- I was told that I’m not wanted at a customer?! This is very sad. I cancelled my subscription and will go to Posh Sidekick. This app needs an update to add a “no discount” button for this setting. Otherwise I’m pleased with the app. Easy to use. Affordable. Ever since it was updated with the new subscription package, you can no longer use any part of it for free. You used to be able to share your closet while keeping the app open which I personally had no problem with. Now when you try to share your closet, a pop up arises asking if you want to pay for the subscription or it gives you an option to click “Not Now” which just takes you back to the same screen you were at before. It’s basically an infinite loop.
