Good luck to anyone trying to get their travel compensation. As it continues to fail your attempts get blocked and the app stops letting you try. Went through the steps. Still, no response. Given that almost every reviewer had the same result, or another problem that prevented using the voucher, British Airways surely knows about the inadequacy of the app, but has chosen to continue using it anyway. My opinion of British Airways would be better if it had gone nothing. Downloaded the day before when we got the voucher , added to wallet , and easy to use in the airport . Could even use in Boots to get some last minute toiletries.
