## What is Swile BR?

Swile is a global WorkTech, created in 2018 in France, with the aim of promoting happiness at work.
Using technology as the engine of engagement between employees and companies, it developed the Swile Card, a smartcard that brings together all the benefits, and the Swile App, which allows the management of all of them in real time, with an incomparable experience. In 2021, Swile began its global expansion, starting with the largest benefits market in the world, Brazil, through the acquisition of Vee Benefits.

Pessimo aplicativo , não aparece a opção de ativar o cartão vc manda mensagem no chat não te respondem isso que tem mais de 7 horas que enviei mensagem, não tem suporte telefônico , não tem suporte algum pro cliente .

Pessimo, ele fica o mês inteiro com saldo zerado nas carteiras, quando vou usar nem consigo saber quanto tem.

Tem dado erro direto sempre que abro o app para consultar saldo. Ele diz que a conta está bloqueada e tb diz que não consegue enviar código SMS e nem por e-mail em determinados horários. E de repente abre normal. Tipo não dá pra contar com o app para saber o saldo.

Desloga a gente, não envia o código para acessar novamente, cobra para fazer pix, sem respeito algum pelo beneficiário, acredito q apenas as empresas que usam são beneficiadas, como pode isso? Uma carteira digital péssima, no uso, e na movimentação do dinheiro, sou corretor de planos de saúde, recebo premiação por aqui, se recebo 3 premiações de empresas diferentes, pago taxa, isso é um absurdo, porque já é sacrificante para nos ganhar algo e mesmo assim vocês se aproveitam disso para saquear um pouco do q é nosso
