Tried again to see if app updated. Still need website or else almost missed a gala booking that doesn’t show, nor do payments etc. Will be deleting.

I cannot get the app to load at all!  I’m trying to enter a gala and I cannot get the app to load!

Used to be able to view everything and do entries but not invoices. 
Now not working, won’t load, just spins. 
Deleted and reinstalled and it’s blank!!!

I am unable to see anything in the app once I’m logged in. I can see blank home page and blank messages. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app 5 times now and it is not working. Pretty useless.

Two months  - a tech issue unresolved and I still cannot access any club records. This it turns out is a systemic problem with other coaches and parents telling me at galas the issues they have. Perhaps none as worse as mine - any attempt to sign in through two way authentication I get back  a BLANK- without this code I cannot access my own clubs record. I therefore have colleagues collecting and printing off sheets of paper. And nothing of course is deigned to be printed off so you’d need a microscope to read the names and times. Please fix this.

Following recent upgrade to IOS 26 the attendance page fails to load completely.  Hopefully this can be resolved soon as I use this daily when coaching.
