But I can’t see anywhere in this app where I can sync Strava info over to it! Which I thought was strange considering I have “linked” Strava and swim.com and there for still have to input my swims manually which is kind of annoying after linking them😞 ### 2/5 — Buggy and zero tech support response when you create a ticket *2026-07-22, version 6.1.1* The app appears to double count some strokes leading to misleading distances. I created a trouble ticket, sent them the verification code that was generated to validate myself and then….nothing. Sent them a follow up email and….. nothing. The app apparently is only as good as the support behind it. Right now I wouldn’t recommend it. ### 2/5 — Swim tracking good. Watch syncing terrible *2026-07-22, version 6.1.1* This is a great app while you’re swimming. Rarely miscounts a lap or identifies a stroke wrong. However, when it comes to syncing your watch back with your phone, it’s a terrible experience. The swim sometimes will never appear in the phone app and just get stuck on the uploading button. Other third party activity tracking apps deal with this fine. This is a serious bug and needs to be fixed to make this a good app. ### 1/5 — So bad *2026-07-22, version 6.1.1* What have you done to this app. The tracking on the Apple Watch is so inaccurate it doesn’t even resemble what I possible on Earth. How does a 2k swim take 31 years? How does a person even swim 32 years continuously. Something is seriously wrong since the last update. Please fix it. ### 1/5 — Yet again an app that fails after an update *2026-07-16, version 6.1.1* As one of the apps longest serving users I have sadly come to the end of my time with this app. I continually have swims disappear off my watch before they can be synched or I start the app and notice half way through my swim that it hasn’t recorded anything at all. This seems to have occurred after the latest update, so assume it is a bug they can’t be bothered to fix. Extremely disappointing. ### 1/5 — Sync issues *2026-07-09, version 6.1.1* Don’t use this app. I’ve repeatedly contacted there customer support about synchronisation issues between my Apple Watch Ultra gen 1. Since there latest update, my swims won’t sync with the app and therefore can’t update my Strava profile. 8 months of swim training ruined because of the lack of support. They keep sending the same FAQ answer sheet and not listening or contacting myself to try and resolve the issue. So avoid at all costs!!!! ### 1/5 — Refuses to link with Strava *2026-04-08, version 6.0.18* Unable to connect the app with Strava “ unexpected error occurred “…it sure was. I’ll stick with my Garmin. ### 3/5 — Issues *2026-04-03, version 6.0.18* Unfortunately, since the last update, the app doesn’t sync properly with Fitness app ### 1/5 — Won’t track swim properly *2026-03-11, version 6.0.18* I am So frustrated with this app 1 it randomly won’t transfer my swim from my apple Ultra 3 watch To my iPhone 17 air phone it also stopped registering my heart rate. I have contacted apple they couldn’t help & recommended I contact swim. Com which I did and it took them a month to respond. This past I deleted the app which ment I lost all my previous swims which I would have been I could live with so long as the bugs/issues would be fixed. I re-installed the app and it worked perfectly for 2 days then today the same problem occurred I am so ready to permanently delete this app ### 3/5 — Vudu *2026-03-10, version 6.0.18* App syncs much faster now but it doesn’t give active or total calories. It has access to everything.
