## What is SwimEase?

SwimEase answers a question your swim log does not: what did that set actually turn into?

Every set has two halves. The half you write on the board — ten hundreds on a one forty-five — and the half the clock gives back: the seconds you get on the wall before the next one leaves. Every log stores the first half. SwimEase shows you the second.

WRITE THE SET THE WAY YOU WRITE IT ON A BOARD
"10x100 free" is a whole set. The reps, the distance and the stroke are read straight out of it, and the send-off you should write beside it is worked out for you — rounded up to the five seconds a pace clock actually reads.

THE WALL
Every rep of the set becomes a column of the rest it really gave you, banded against your own floor: held, tight, or missed. You watch the rest collapse instead of reading an average that hides it.

THE TURN
The app names the rep at which the set stopped being the set you wrote, says what it became, and prescribes the send-off that would have held all of it — solved against your slowest rep, because an average-based answer still breaks on the reps that were already breaking.

Swim a 200 and a 400 as hard as you can hold. The arithmetic is shown, not hidden, and every send-off in the app is worked out from the result.

A SET LIBRARY THAT REMEMBERS
Save the sets you come back to. Each one carries how it went last time — held six, turned at seven — so the next board is written from evidence.
