WRITING A WORKOUT IS FAST AND EASY

• Select between SCY/SCM/LCM
• Add any custom number of Rounds, Repetitions, and Intervals
• Create Ladder sets, ascending or descending, with just a couple clicks
• Choose your Energy Zone (Warm Up, En1, En2, En3, Sp1, Sp2, Sp3, Recovery, Extra Rest)
• Save, Edit, and Copy your favorite sets
• Upload a picture of your handwritten practice to go with your new digital copy.

Writing this in appreciation of how much better this app has gotten since 2023. The problems I’ve encountered related to Bluetooth connections, logging in, and other random glitches have all been fixed, and as of now using the app feels pretty smooth. I’m also excited about the use of the live activities feature as it keeps the workout in the app synced up with my pace clocks while my phone is locked. Overall, big fan!

I just received mine today and have played around with it some.  For basic operation, the clock is pretty cool and the size is very convenient, especially for personal use.  The app is a little clunky but mostly because the Instruction Manual you can only find with the QR code (don’t lose it) mostly deals with the physical operation of the clock and is not very detailed regarding the app.  Needs more videos to teach navigation in the app.  When you sync a clock and start a practice with the app, they are synced but if you shrink the app on your phone to do something else with the phone, the practice on the phone pauses while the actual pace clock continues.  So, when you return to the app it’s clock and the pace clock are dramatically different.  I will continue to play with it.  I give 5 stars for the hardware and 3 stars for the software.

There’s a bunch of issues. Can’t connect to the clock for one. Can’t see characters when typing. Can’t do basically anything on it cuz the app is almost bricked. Used it for a while when I first got it but now there’s a ton of issues
