I rented it out for my son, who has autism, and it was such a wonderful experience for him. He had an absolute blast and did not want to leave when it was time to go. It was so nice to see him having fun, enjoying himself, and being comfortable in such a great environment. The people were incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was wonderful from start to finish. Definitely a 10/10 experience overall! We will absolutely be booking here more often and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to enjoy some time with their family. I showed up to a place in poor condition, documented everything with photos, and customer service still refused a refund because “the host didn’t approve it.” No investigation, no accountability, just a company that hides behind hosts while keeping your money.
