J’adore l’application, pour avoir un programme complet et adapter. J’arrive à envoyer le programme du téléphone à la montre, faire ma séance avec la montre. À la fin ça me dit enregistrer sur la montre mais sur la l’application c’est comme si je n’avais pas fait la séance. Et je ne comprends pas d’où cela peut venir?

Les programmes et les vidéos explicatives sont tops, ainsi que l’interface très belle. 
Par contre la connectivité avec l’Apple Watch est fluctuante, et avec Strava impossible. J’ai changé d’appli à cause de ça.

Через несколько месяцев после оформления подписки перестало запускаться приложение. Повисает при запуске на экране с логотипом

Скорее всего, проблема связана с ограничениями интернета. Попробуйте воспользоваться приложением через VPN, это должно помочь.

При составлении плана тренировок к подготовке соревнований способом на спине, составляет план кролем. 
Упражнения и видео к ним не соответствует описанию. 
На Apple Watch тренировка зависает на первом упражнении и все.

В целом приложение неплохое . Можно составить программу под себя , доступно обучающие видео . Из минусов на Apple Watch плохо считают кол-во проплытых бассейнов и постоянно необходимо переключать упражнение в ручную . В общем надо допилить на часах приложение. И еще можно добавить тренировки на суши 😉

I wish it was a little more compatible with Apple Workout on the Apple Watch, but it might just be that I am missing something. Also, the app freezes sometimes and doesn’t record my lap or forces me to restart, but this might be because I have an older Apple Watch. I love the videos and the drills!

Love the design continued updates but would have given a 5 star if not for it freezing and losing count of laps with the Apple Watch. It may work better with a garmin but still waiting for an apple watch fix. Otherwise 5 star

I thought this app was going to be great because it was supposed to be adaptable to my needs. But after creating a plan, I couldn’t actually access it. Every time I tried to get into my plan, it would crash and return to the workouts tab. There wasn’t an option to log out of the app and try again, or even update my privacy settings. It’s like half the app was missing. Don’t let the good reviews fool you, cuz this app doesn’t do what it says it will.

Открываешь программу м видишь, что «Что-то пошло не так!». За последние 2 месяца 3й раз такой сбой. Действительно, что-то идет не так). В дополнение! Подписка оформлена, программу использовать невозможно! Ни под vpn, ни без него! Как вернуть деньги за подписку?

¡Ya estoy harta! Cada tres entrenamientos aprox. no conecta con el Apple Watch y me deja tirada en la piscina. Da igual que actualice y vuelva a sincronizar, no funciona. Se puede comprobar en los reportes que hago cada vez que me pasa. Además, con la última actualización no se leen las frases completas en el Apple Watch, (¡justificad el texto!) así que tienes que adivinar que te toca hacer. Pagar por eso una suscripción me parece una estafa, no puedo confiar en la aplicación y exijo que se me devuelva el dinero.

Me puse la prueba de siete días para ver que entrenes ofrecían pero después no puedes cancelarlo desde la app y se cobra automáticamente 40€! No descarguéis si no queréis quedaros sin 40€

**Developer response:** Lo sentimos mucho. Todas las suscripciones se gestionan a través de la App Store y puedes cancelarlas fácilmente en los ajustes de tu teléfono. Si no vas a utilizar la aplicación, solicita un reembolso en la App Store. Es muy sencillo, pero si necesitas ayuda para solicitar el reembolso, ponte en contacto con nosotros en support@swimup.io. Y le enviaremos instrucciones para realizarlo.

I had so high hopes for this app but after trying it in the pool with water I wouldn’t recommend it. Don’t spend your time and money on trying to understand the logic under the app. It doesn’t exist. It’s just a random numbers on the screen

Приложение просто супер, плаваю с часами, задания все понятны, ещё бы немного подробнее их описывало в часах, а то телефон в ящике, пока плаваешь. И писали бы сколько интервал отдых между бассейнами. 
Главный вопрос не в этом, а в том что я оформил подписку, но платные тренировки у меня не открылись! Пишет что надо оформить подписку, а она уже оформлена… что делать!? 
С удовольствием изменю на 5 звёзд после решения проблемы, хочу плавать с вашим приложение !

From my experience getting good at swimming requires a good coach, and good training and that costs money. The SwimUp app has the best of 3 worlds. The app is very friendly and easy to understand, with a lot of training videos. Easy and practical download of training routines to your watch. Plus the support of coach Eugene, who is the closest to having a personal coach there with you.,All of those benefits for a very reasonable price. I recommend this app 100%
