## What is SwimZones?

SwimZones is built for swimmers who want to train with heart rate zones using Apple Watch and review their workouts on iPhone.

During your swim, the Apple Watch app displays your current heart rate zone in a large, color-coded view that is easy to read during short rests.

Configure your maximum heart rate, choose a 3-zone or 6-zone model, set your pool length and let SwimZones calculate your training zones automatically. You can also adjust each zone manually to match your individual training system.

After your workout, review your training in the companion iPhone app with a clear workout history, heart rate charts and detailed time spent in each heart rate zone. Workout data is stored in Apple Health and remains available for later analysis.

Key features:
- Real-time heart rate zone display on Apple Watch
- Large color-coded zone number
- Companion iPhone app with workout history and analysis
- Heart rate charts
- Time spent in each heart rate zone
- 3-zone and 6-zone training models
- Automatic zone calculation
- Adjustable heart rate limits
- Pool length selection
- Apple Health integration
- Designed specifically for swimmers

No account, no ads, no cloud tracking

SwimZones helps you stay focused on your swim while making it easy to understand your training intensity afterwards.

The app is intended exclusively for sports training and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Heart rate data is used only to display and analyze training zones during swimming workouts.
