Other apps out there will listen for the impact sound, so that they know not to capture practice swings. The absence of that feature is a major handicap, because you have to just step up and whack it or the app will capture and attempt to analyze whatever preparatory motions you make. **Developer response:** We hear you! Great feedback. We have an enhancement in the works that will significantly improve swing detection accuracy on partial/practice swings, and it's even better than audio-based detection (which is not great for crowded range scenarios). I've been playing golf for far too long, to be this bad!
