The Software Engineer (Urim) immediately investigated the password reset problem, consulted his software team about the problem, and implemented a solution to the problem. I received numerous detailed emails from the Software Engineer informing me about the progress of his efforts towards resolving the problem. Overall, the Software Engineer was very professional and responsive.
