Tried to sign up for free trial, so much for free trial when it just charges me off rip lol

**Developer response:** Sorry for the surprise — that's never the experience we want. Apple allows the free trial once per Apple ID, so if a trial was used before (even long ago), Apple charges immediately on a new subscription and the app can't override that. If this charge wasn't what you expected, you can request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — they handle all billing.
