Only works 10% of the time. *2026-05-23* Love it when it works but it cannot be depended on. Customer service in Korean so difficult for non English speakers. I like the service but directions not straightforward and only was able to get a bike occasionally. Good service, nice bikes but scan does not work well and could not find the number in place of scan. However after locating an ebike I found it impossible to add a payment method. Choosing ‘foreign card’ took me to a screen (in Korean) which just offered a list if cards to choose from, most of which I hadn’t heard off before and none of which I could use. My main issue is with the application, it’s just a mess. Continuously crashes, particularly when trying to access the cancel account page suspiciously. Once I finally got there I literally had to confirm the cancelation about 25 times (no joke) I guess they are hoping I would miss one so they could keep billing me. I cancelled the subscription for sure in July before the free trial ends, then I was charged for 5 extra months without noticing. I never used this app since free trial and they refused to refund. Be aware of this subscription scam.
