Same problem as others with the I phone. Can't change clubs and it sometimes freezes for reasons I don't understand. The I Pad app refuses to recognize my account about half the time. It will lock up, reverse swing orientation and not record a swing even when it says it is. This performs like something in Beta. The Swingbyte has been such a great supplement to my lessons and game. I rarely ever write a review for anything but this has been such a great investment in my golf game. Even though I only play a few times a month. ### 5/5 — Very useful training aid *2019-02-28, version 2.3.73* I have been using my Swingbyte to correct swing flaws, particularly coming over the top. Easy to use and instant feedback for your swings; I like the ability to switch views. I had a minor issue - could not sync my iPad to the Swingbyte. Sent a note to Swingbyte support and they promptly replied with guidance on how to easily fix the issue. They stand by their product! Virtual coach has been spot on with my swing faults. The recommend drills have been absolutely great. Time will tell whether or not the service will stay in tune as my swing improves. So I'm stuck with first model ### 5/5 — Virtual Coach is Awesome *2015-10-31, version 2.3.47* I have been a long time Swingbyte user and have struggled sometimes figuring out what to do with all of the data. The new Virtual Coach takes all of this data and does something great with it - tells you what you are doing wrong. Not only that - it gives you drills to fix your fault and then watches you practice and tells you when you are improving. I look forward to where this technology is going as it is applied to putting and the short game. Great job Swingbyte. ### 5/5 — Great tool! Fun and insightful *2015-10-16, version 2.3.47* Love using this device. Provides truly helpful visual images and data for analyzing and improving your swing. Love the UI too. New Virtual Coach features are a complete game changer. Swingbyte can now tell me the parts of my swing that need work and give me lessons and drills! Think I'll be practicing a lot more this winter with Virtual Coach! When I updated the app it seemed to take a few minutes to download my swing history (while that was happening it ran a little slow) but once that happened everything worked great. I had problems using with an older 3GS iPhone, it would not capture the swing when it said it was paired. However, using an iPad or newer phone, I did not have as many problems. Cool product.
