Earn your screen time — one swing at a time.

SwingLock blocks the apps that pull you off the field — TikTok, Instagram, games — until you put in real reps. Prop your phone, take your hacks off the tee, and the camera counts every swing on your device. Hit your number and your apps unlock. Then SwingLock breaks down your session like a coach.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps to lock with Apple Screen Time.
2. Set your swing goal and take your hacks off the tee or soft toss. Your iPhone's camera counts each swing using Apple's Vision framework — righty or lefty, baseball or softball.
3. Hit your goal and your apps unlock for the time you chose. They re-lock when it's up.

YOUR AI HITTING COACH
Every session ends with a Coach's Report. SwingLock analyzes your mechanics — tempo, sequence, hand path, and balance — and turns them into a plain-English read on what's working, the one thing to fix, and a drill to do it. Track your swing score and trends over time.

Turn on video to record your cuts and play them back in My Swings, alongside your full session history and personal bests.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Swing counting and analysis happen on your iPhone. No account is required to start — you're anonymous by default. Video is never saved unless you choose to, and only anonymous swing metrics (never your video) are used to generate coaching. Back up and sync your swings with an optional account, and delete everything in a tap from Settings.
