Got this as a Christmas grift. I was able to download it and create an account. However, the app isn’t working it keeps shutting down in the middle of the reps. I’ve tried opening again and again and it does the same thing. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Save your money! Costs $100 to get sensor and the app doesn’t work!! And they want a monthly subscription for something that doesn’t work! Basically a scam.

Great product and App.  But why can’t I use the app on more than one kid?  It’s ridiculous to charge each added player a subscription fee.  How many coaches would do that??  Had I known this before purchase, it would have been a hell no.

This make my life sooo much easier when it comes to softball but at first my sensor just would not connect and that kind of got me really angers 

Now it’s fine though
