Used this app to as my landlord told me to for rent payments etc. Turns out I could do loads more! Don’t have to call up every time I have a maintenance problem I can just use this. Easier & quicker 👍🏼

The current application isn’t usable and doesn’t present any options when trying to select locations and properties, rendering the app useless

Just downloaded the app and tried to register. A registration page is shown, wity blank boxes, a photo box and a photo box to put a photo in. When typing in the boxes the text is invisible, and the date of birth selector has half of its options invisible, and when you do select them, the rollers just roll to the blank value, basically not allowing it to be selected

This app has been very useful for submitting rent payments, reporting any issues (which allows you to know how far the report has been processed) and for receiving information from ashcourt via the app. This app has been essential during the pandemic and is a great alternative to encourage social distancing.

If your Landlord/Lady or letting agent uses the Swipe software system this is an absolute must. Easy communication between the 2 parties, pay rent, receive tenant updates, get notifications regarding houses viewing reporting maintenance and so much more.

The app is really helpful! Very easy to follow and understand, and the passcode protection means all your information is well looked after. When logging a problem or issue, the app makes this really easy to do and you normally get a reply really quickly! 
Overall very helpful and definitely would recommend!

Works well, allows for payments to made pretty easily and allows communication with the landlord. No fuss and easy to use, spot on studentswipe.

This app literally does everything you need! My housemates and I have been self isolating in our student house and were worried about having to go into the accommodation office but this app means we can do everything from our phones! You can see all documents and receive updates about house viewings and inspections which is really handy. So good for student tenants
