When swiped off it shows red but when swiped on it shows a small green icon and the rest is grey, should be a large green icon for easy identification at a distance. Also should be able to swipe out from main screen

I even have it deleted and it keeps asking to install or cancel

We use SwipedOn in a large salon where staff rely on phone notifications when visitors arrive. Notifications appear on iOS but often arrive without sound, even with all notification settings enabled. This makes it easy to miss clients. A reliable audible alert for staff phones would make a huge difference.”

App stopped syncing and failed to notify me. According to HR, I haven’t been onsite all month.

When I swipe in on telework it automatically switches to in office. Honestly it could be better. I have to swipe to telework between 2-5 times before it accepts telework as where I’m working.

Does very basic sign in/out stuff, but nothing spectacular. Employees have problems with it often enough that I have to view what it tracks as a close estimate at best. Annoying that when it does have problems you have to completely uninstall and reinstall the app.

I have always had problems with this app to sign into work on my iPhone 13. Since I downloaded the app back in September 2021, the option to swipe in and out has been at the very bottom of my screen where I have to be careful when I touch the bottom of my screen so as to not close out the app. Today I realized that there was an update and I could NOT sign in at all on my iPhone 13. The screen did not allow me to swipe at all no matter where I tried. For some reason all my coworkers do not have issues like me and I can NOT see the arrow to swipe on my iPhone. For some reason the iPhone 13 is glitchy with this app. Now I have to physically sign in from a station at work. So inconvenient. Please fix this! There was no way for me send a private message to customer service so I’m doing it here.

Great and convenient app for my employees to sign in and out. Especially helpful for offering a covid questionnaire to employees as well as for general contact tracing. Awesome addition to the SwipedOn platform.

Would give this app five strs, but when in guided mode the screen will never darken. Have tried working through the iPad settings and fussing with timers, etc and everything to no avail. 

In talking with SwipedOn staff (who may not be the developers) this is an intentional design for contactless entry. Thats great, but its going to burnout iPads. Give me the option to always on, because otherwise I have to unlock the iPad the security case everyday to turn the screen dark. 

Please fix!!!

Hi! Using as a way to track COVID at my office. I’m often at the office late and have noticed that you close out all checkins at midnight rather than allowing for someone to leave late. Maybe add some kind of “if they haven’t signed out -> ask if the checkout is related to the earlier checkin. That or you could rotate the checkin reset time to something like 5am rather than midnight.

App works perfect, but should find the location in automatic, when I’m traveling I need to change the plant location manually and after that it logs me in, this should be complete automatic, should know when I’m there and change it.  Anyway it knows my GPS location.

Please add the option to have a regular schedule and remind me to log in or out. I’m not giving this app access to my location full-time and people forget to log in or log out.
