The system works beautifully and makes our receptions and entrances look clean and tidy. Great to get rid of all the those signing in and out books. I would recommend SwipedOn to anybody and I have. The online support team are really really helpful: Wesley, Ben, Lauren and Mauro. Keep up the good work guys. Now everyone comments on how great it looks and how easy it is to use. It has greatly enhanced our image of Industry 4.0 and the installation and setup was simple and quick. It’s great for our guests to sign in on arrival. Prints badges, tracks movements of visitors in and out of the building. Their customer support is always online and are super helpful. A well priced visitor management system. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Crashes *2016-08-09* Crashes every single time. ### 1/5 — Freezes *2016-03-30, version 2.05* Tends to freeze regularly and cannot search visitors easily. ### 2/5 — Overpriced App *2024-01-19, version 3.6.5* It performs very basic sign in/out functionality. UI feels way ahead of the actual functionality and versatility under the hood. So it ends up feeling far too expensive, especially when I consider other apps I pay for that do far more data hosting and provide a far more diverse range of functionality at lower prices. But if you have read this far, just chat their customer support team and say you are looking to cancel due to price. Easy to use and good functionality. The actual on/off page interface for iPad could be slightly more user friendly - I prefer a competitor’s solution for this (sliders next to individual's names) but the other functionality of SwipedOn is appreciated - visitor sign in with NDA etc. Overall great app. ### 4/5 — Pound for pound the best VM App *2018-09-17, version 2.9.4* I’ve worked with a few visitor management systems in my time and for the price this is definitely the best. It does nearly all of the things that apps which cost 10 times as much does and everything that you need from a VM system. The customer service is also second to none. Would be a 5 star rating if you had a bit more room in the question field boxes, I found them too short and had to put some thought into my wording a result. ### 4/5 — SwipedOn *2018-09-06, version 2.9.4* Very good app for swiping crew on/off for super yachts. We like the program and will continue with it however we find a few improvements could be made: 1. We would like better after sales service; we have tried to suggest improvements that we will improve the program but these are met with no responses 2. Emails for contacts should not be a required field to fill, we find ourselves making these up to satisfy this requirement 3. A proper “emergency muster” page option. Perhaps swipe to muster, then you can swipe the crew who have/have not mustered 4. A daily counter to count contractors coming aboard so we can identify who needs to be subjected to a bag/body search 5. A “rotation” slide option. Some of our crew are off for two months at a time and they need to be off on rotation not just off the boat otherwise there can be confusion at the muster station regarding which member of rotational crew is off ### 5/5 — Simple & Effective *2019-02-01, version 2.10.0* User friendly system that we have customized to include a full site induction for visitors (no foyer area staff, meets our security needs). So far it has worked perfectly for our needs. The team at SwipedOn have listened to our feedback and we have noticed changes are frequently being implemented. The app is not confusing and easy to setup without any complicated or unnecessary features. Would love to see a more customisable log out page or more customisable print tags. Still we are really stoked with this product. It also helps to keep a track of visitors on site. It is very convenient to receive notifications when visitors arrive. SwipedOn proved to be the most appropriate for our needs, providing us with style and fit, a very easy operating system and it was within our budget.
