When they cannot provide you with a solution, they try to make it as if it is your problem. My issue was that I did not receive my bonus spins, I opted in through the promotion page, on the same promotion, after you press the opt in button, a “make deposit” button appears on that specific promotion. I made my deposit through that specific promotion page, not the standard way. I tried to resolve this issue in the live chat, and told the agent that I opted in through the promotion page, and this guy “Andrew” had the audacity to try to turn it on me and say that I didn’t opt in when I did it through the promotion page. My second poor experience was similar, but with an agent “McKenna”. It’s like they don’t even read your messages, or they use ChatGPT or something to answer questions. I tried to contact with their customer service and all of them said the same thing to me and they started asking for same documents which i have uploaded on their site. Why they allow deposits without asking documents. They are just scammers and don’t want to pay my money. And for further i am going to take them to the court and i will complain about this to IGaming Ontario and Alcohol and Gambling Association Ontario for to cancel their licence. I have all screenshots and screen recordings of them and i have their call recordings and my account screenshots and screen recordings too.
