This app allows me to use my Captuvo Sled with iPhone SE and it is a great resource!

Our office prefers this keyboard over the Scanboard keyboard however, it is not perfect. This keyboard lacks the standard features that are built into the default keyboard such as auto-capitalization, auto-correction and the double tap the space bar to insert a "." shortcut. In addition, there is a bug that makes the device connection status disappear. 
Please continue to add features and fix the bugs.
