It is always so buggy - freezes and shuts down in the middle of ordering so you have to redo all the selections. At the hour mark, we called their office to find out an update as our food was theoretically still ‘cooking’. The company told us that we should expect the food at 1.5 hours after we ordered which was not at all indicated in the app. As of this review, we are still waiting for our food 2 hours later and will be no longer ordering from Swiss chalet in the future. ### 1/5 — Locations not available *2026-05-29, version 7.2.2* It appears that I can’t use the app to find restaurant locations if I’m travelling. Fill out the order, load the cart then it tells you “whoops call to make your order”. Every time I try, it says there was an error and to contact customer service. It will charge and then immediately refund to my card.
