Sonst bin ich mit der App zufrieden. Edit: Die Werbung kann deaktiviert werden. So ein (nutzloses und aufdringliches) Feature sollte wenn überhaupt opt-in sein (statt op-out)! ### 2/5 — schlechter als die Website *2026-04-03, version 9.4.0* man kann sich zwar Einloggen für „meine Sendungen“, aber die App loggt einen wieder aus bzw. vergisst das Passwort sogar dann, wenn man die App noch gar nicht geschlossen hatte. Das Scannen von QR-Codes von der Quittung bringt nur eine weiße Seite, sonst gar keine Rückmeldung. Mal ehrlich, was hat diese App für einen Mehrwert gegenüber der Website? Gar keinen! Ist sogar viel schlechter. Der Webbrowser lässt mich wenigstens eingeloggt - gut, mit dem kann ich den QR-Code nicht scannen, aber wenn‘s in der App gar nicht funktioniert, ist das wirklich kein Nachteil. Ganz schwach finde ich übrigens, dass es die Postfinance-App nur im Schweizer Apple-Store ,ist Schweizer Apple-ID gibt. Es soll Leute geben, die mit österreichischer, deutscher oder britischer (...) Appli-ID Kunde bei der Postfinance sind - die dürfen aber offenbar deren App nicht nutzen 🙁 Update 04/2026: Die App wird mit jedem Update unübersichtlicher. Und außerdem ist mit inzwischen mehr als einem halben GB viel zu groß. Die Entwickler sollten den Code mal abspecken und die App auf höchstens 1/4 der jetzigen Größe zusammenschrumpfen. ### 2/5 — Aggiornamento problematico *2026-02-18, version 9.2.0* Ho aggiornato e sono scomparsi tutti gli invii precedenti e pure quelli in corso! Inoltre facendo la ricerca mi dice che non ci sono dati disponibili. Zu der Zeit war ich bereits seit einer Woche im Chat mit dem Kundendienst. Mittlerweile sind es mehrere Wochen. Ich lösch die App jetzt. Das einzige was sie App aktuell bringt ist Speicherplatz zu verbrauchen und beim löschen, neuinstallieren und updaten Datenvolumen verbrauchen. The process is very complicated. You must do most of the transactions in the website for international shipping. They request you to login in the app for nothing. You must redo the process again and again. I cannot complete the payment as it requires you to enter to your payment app and then return to the post app to complete the transaction and never returned to the post app, and the transaction is lost. If you go to the post office to complete the process, prepare to pay MORE than the price for shipping displayed in the website. Horrible app, horrible service. If you send us an e-mail (menu – feedback), we can check your individual case. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t be used on older phones *2026-08-07* This version requires you to update to the newest version on your phone first. Unfortunately that update isn’t available for older phones. If they at least made a web version to access tracking numbers, but that also isn’t available. If your device no longer meets these requirements, relevant security and data protection standards will no longer be guaranteed. Depending on the error, it may only occur temporarily and a new attempt at a later date may be successful. ### 1/5 — nicht zu nützen *2025-12-03, version 9.0.3* aufgrund der unzähligen Bugs (die eben nicht an der Internetverbindung liegen sondern an dem schlechten Aufbau dieser App) lässt sich die App gar nicht benützten. Login geht bei richtiger Eingabe der Logindaten nicht, ist immer "am Laden", das gleiche für Sendungsverfolgung. It will give you wonderfully worded errors like “consignment not loaded” and a huge stop sign. After about 20 seconds, log back in. ### 1/5 — Une banque chère qui n’est pas accessible pour les résidents étrangers *2025-10-29, version 8.5.3* Optez pour une autre banque que PostFinance, elle ne prend pas en compte les résidents étrangers avec une application uniquement disponible en Suisse, il faut aussi un numéro Suisse pour bénéficier de tous les services. Sans aucun doute la plus chère et la moins bonne !!
