First, half of the links for the contact form in the account menu do not load anything. Second, using the search bar and a simple term like “Wallet” simply returns the user to the account menu with no feedback about the search and especially no results. Third, the UI is ancient!! Fourth, the app does not support System for Dark Mode. Fifth, there’s no way to put the rewards card in the Apple Wallet.
