They provide me with the good experience that I needed after a stressful ordeal, dealing some other Nigerian banks/banking apps. I had an experience recently with a bank in Nigeria that rejects my request to update my phone number because I filled out a fillable PDF form they sent to me in an email on the computer and not with my own handwriting. The process of updating your personal info should have been made possible online in the first place.
