일주일 체험판이 지나 자동으로 등록된 카드로 결제가 된 것 같습니다. 하지만 착신전환 등록 페이지에서 더이상 넘어간적이 없어 서비스를 사용할 수 없는 상황이었습니다. 상식적으로 카드 등록했다고 바로 구독완료 시킬것이 아니라 초기 등록화면을 지나 서비스 페이지에 도달했을 때 구독완료 시켜야 맞는게 아닐까요?
고객센터에 아무리 전화해도 받질않아서 리뷰로 환불 요청합니다.

7월28일에 결제했는데.. 환불은 어떻게 해야되나요? 앱 로그인도 안되는데

아무한테도 추천하고 싶지 않음. 연이용권은 엄청 비싼데 통화품질은 너무 안좋고 중도 해지도 안됨. 심지어 월 얼마꼴이라는 말은 크게 적고 한방에 결제된다는 말은 작게 적어놔서 결제될때 금액보고 어디건가 한참 찾아봄. 이미 결제끝나서 결제중지도 안됨. 구독중인데도 통화열람을 돈주고 또해야되는게 제일 어이없음. 그거 때문에 구독한건더 그게 안되는걸 나중에 알았음. 도대체 이 어플을 왜 쓰나싶음. 다른거 쓰세요.

갤럭시에는 기본으로 제공되는 기능이지만 아이폰에는 없어서 비슷한 어플이 없나 해서 알아보다가 스위치를 알게 됐고 유료로 사용 중입니다. 딜레이가 좀 있긴 해도 잘 사용하고 있는데, 통화 끝날때마다 평가 별점 뜨는 거는 안나오게 할 수 있을까요?
