It’s 2024 yet we have this crappy app for expensive aftermarket lights. After switch pro themselves ambiguously instruct me to CUT the wires and send in the panel; they tell me it’s wrong (“wires cut too short” even tho it was the longest I could make them before going beyond the dashboard and they NEVER said a minimum length) and I need to buy a new one. FUVK NO. “Mike” in customer service refused to provide any accountability for the frustrating process and provided zero helpful solutions. So to reset my app password I had to cut the panel wires, mail it in, and now have them send it right back bc they want me to pay for a new one or kick rocks! ZERO STARS ZERO SERVICE ### 1/5 — Cannot connect *2023-06-15* New updated app cannot connect to my panel. It can see my panel but will just spin like it’s trying to connect.
