Why ?? I should be able to log in directly. Also only 4 tries before it locks you out for one hour and you can’t even reset your password ?? This is ridiculous. After this not able to login on the website to unregister devices repeated in the account, due to the previous issue mention here, to much bug for this service. Contacted Etisalat and they said that this is a third party service and explain to try it and contact Switch services directly; but there is no contact info anywhere, just redirecting to Etisalat website. 😡BAD BAD BAD SERVICE—STAY AWAY😡 ———————————————————————- *2nd Review Excellent Streaming TV app when it work* Contacted the Head of Product & Customer Experience and finally all the issue mentioned here addressed, now the app is working as is supposed to be.
