After seeing an ad for a free card, I went to the app store to download it. After creating an account, it was time to request a Visa card. When I tried to activate international transactions and scanned my passport, expiry date, and issue date, a system error appeared and kicked me out of the card request section. I tried again, but without activating international transactions. I completed all the information up to the last step, and guess what? Another system error occurred, and all the information I entered was deleted.
