Their support chat does not respond to messages. Their support chat feature has not logged in for 4+ weeks. ### 1/5 — Poor *2020-03-07* App closes after a few seconds please fix. ### 2/5 — Deleting account *2020-03-01* How do I delete account. There’s no options in the app. Why do you make it so hard to delete account. This should be in the app. ### 2/5 — Had to delete *2018-03-18, version 1.0.5* Could not onboard my team easily. Not intuitive, thus we passed on opportunities at this time. Great idea set, but needs a bit more tweaking. ### 2/5 — Cool concept, battery killler *2018-02-06, version 1.0.2* This is a well executed concept (though a bit buggy and flaky). However, during the 13 hours I’ve had it installed, it’s used 69% of my battery for 21 min on screen and 8.2 hours of background usage. With proper use of push for background activity, that total should be a tiny fraction of the actual amount. Would give it 4 stars if the battery drain wasn’t horrendous. **Developer response:** You're right, and we're working on that now. We're implementing a battery saving mode. We've been aimed primarily at use cases where you can be plugged into power thus far, but we should have a more battery-optimized version that allows you to keep the app running while mobile in the next couple months. ### 2/5 — Battery killer *2018-02-05, version 1.0.2* Massive battery drain with no way to disable background refresh. **Developer response:** You're right, and we're working on that now. We're implementing a battery saving mode. This app has a lot of potential and use but is this app no longer supported? Login has also been disabled. ### 4/5 — Can't wait until Android available *2020-07-26, version 1.28* The parents are starting to get hard if hearing and I've been looking for something that will help them communicate better. Switchboard is looking like it is very close to totally fitting the bill. Access to the earbud mic will really be needed for sound quality. And unfortunately, right now, setting up 'enable voice' commands isn't working. The reason I hope you can get Android set up.... The Peeps don't have iPhones.
