It has so much more functionality and the menu system makes this so easy to use. Well worth the download for any switchboardfree user. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Crashes when change dept opening times *2015-10-14, version 6.1* This must relate to the latest version because it worked perfectly before. On this version, when I have switched a dept off for a particular day, all of the opening and closing times for the whole week have been set to 00:00 meaning the dept remains closed and when I try to edit it, the app crashed. Pants - I lost a whole day of sales calls yesterday! ### 1/5 — Cannot record anything *2014-11-21, version 5.1.2* Really needed this app so that we can change our introduction messages when and as needed. Problem is it doesn't record and sometimes when you press the playback it's recorded some woman talking about God! ### 1/5 — Brilliant and a let down *2013-07-26, version 5.1.1* I have mixed opinions on this app , was working perfectly until all the lines went dead even there help line. Didn't even get an email to let businesses know so lost hours of missed calls. When it works its great but they shouldn't use the'' never miss a call again '' if there service goes down! ### 3/5 — Disappointing *2021-09-02, version 7.3.1* The app isn’t as good as it could be. The app doesn’t notify me of missed calls. My setting for notifications is set up correctly. The only way I can use it is to go onto the app and look up the number that called. ### 3/5 — Good but needs updating *2014-10-15, version 5.1.2* Good app but needs updating to ios8 and iPhone 6 plus notifications don't work too well. ### 3/5 — Good but needs improvements updating *2013-12-18, version 5.1.2* The main thing I have noticed is the recording feature does not seem to work, at least on iPhone 4. It does not pick up sound or playback. It will however upload a silent clip. I think the menu options could be improved and some of the options did not seem to sync with the online version.
