Support acted inappropriately when this was brought to their attention. I think this is a one person show over there. The support “team” even went so far as accusing me of asking them to fix my problem with my phone whatever that means. I (and most of the guys I know) use it to turn on aircraft engine heaters four hours before we go out to the airport. It takes ten seconds. You can check the switch position of two circuits and the signal strength at the receiver. I had a problem switching to the new version of the app. My email was checked, I got a reply, and the problem was solved inside of twenty minutes.
