Now I have a lot of videos stuck on the app with no way to delete them. I tried deleting them from the photos app to see if that’ll work, but unfortunately, it didn’t. So is there a way to delete the videos from the app itself? If there is, I might raise my rating. **Developer response:** Hello, thanks for the feedback! SwitchBuddy uses the local "filesystem" for the in-app gallery, so you can manage all files freely in the Files app that is specialized for handling files. Do delete videos: Please go to "Gallery" in the app, tap the "three dots" button in top right and select "View in Files". This is the folder SwitchBuddy uses and you can delete the videos. I’ve restarted both devices and tried every troubleshooting feature on nintendo’s website and the app, and nothing works. disappointed to have to find a different app after years to do a simple photo transfer. **Developer response:** Hello, I am sorry about the issues. I haven't changed anything. Unfortunately the WiFi connection process between devices is tricky and it is possible that system update on either device might have change something.
