I can turn my airplane engine heater and cabin heater on or off from my bed instead of heading to the hangar 15 minutes away. If I’ve turned it on overnight and decide cancel the flight the next morning, I just turn it off from home. Or decide I’m going flying later, I turn it on wherever I’m at. ### 5/5 — Works great. Simple to use. *2023-02-27, version 1.0.21* I don’t know what else to say. It works. It is easy to use. The annual fee is reasonable. I press a button at home and my engine warmer runs. Better yet I set the timer in the app to run 8 hours before I get to the airport and it is ready to go. Support is excellent. The plug in mine melted because of a faulty GFI outlet, not their fault. I sent it in for repair expecting to get charged. They sent me a new one at no charge instead. The app is easy to use, no bugs, no frills. I had a problem with the unit that was my fault. I shipped and got it back within a week, no questions asked!! I love that I can get my airplane hangar temp as soon as I open the app so I can see if I really need to power in my heater or not. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be a module that automatically turns a channel off if it is not plugged into anything. Sometimes I unplug the airplane heater to go fly, and I have to remember to turn off the power in the app. It would be nice if that turned off automatically when you unplug whatever you are supplying power to. At the end of the flight you may need to plug the cord back in to an aircraft heater for next time, but may not necessarily need it to immediately start preheating the airplane when you plug it in. It can be very helpful if you forget to turn it off in the app. ### 5/5 — Excellent product and support! *2022-03-04, version 1.0.21* As a fairly low tech, simple kind of guy this cell phone based system is absolutely perfect. My airplane partner and I use it to turn out our engine preheat set up a couple of hours before arriving at the hangar. It’s wonderful to have the engine warm and ready for flight on a cold morning! The system has always worked flawlessly and the only time I thought there was a problem (turned out to be how I was turning it on), product support was very responsive to my questions and their follow up is impressive! Yet website product description still shows the functionality it used to have when purchased.
