At a minimum, allow 24 schedules - app currently limited to 8 schedules, which means one every 3 hours of the day, that’s far from being enough and also much worse than a simple mechanical timer than provides 15-minute resolution (96 time slices per day). You should avoid Switcher products altogether, they don’t support HomeKit anyway. ### 1/5 — שירות טכני מזעזע *2024-01-03* כל עוד המוצר והאפליקציה עובדים הכל נפלא. ברגע שיש תקלה באפליקציה ופונים לתמיכה הטכנית אפשר רק לחלום על לקבל פתרון. 1. אין אפשרות לשוחח עם תמיכה טכנית בטלפון, רק במייל. 2. אין שום מעקב שלהם אחר פניות שנפתחות במייל. 3. הייתי צריך לרדוף אחריהם שבועיים כדי לקבל תגובה ש״התקלה באפליקציה בבדיקה״. לא מפתיע שהחברה הזאת לא מופיעה בגוגל, הם בטח חוששים מהדירוגים השליליים שלקוחות יעלו לשם. ### 1/5 — Well intentioned but… *2022-02-18* A “smart home” app that doesn’t work with smart home devices? Google? Siri? Can’t we do better than this by now? Often upon opening, the app doesn’t know or misleads about the status of the boiler. More than I nce when I opened it, it was lit red and counting that it had been on for 30 minutes when it was, in fact, off the whole time. Please hire some QA and UI TO FIX THIS PROBLEMS. ### 1/5 — האפליקציה לא תומכת במכשירי apple וסמסונג מסויימים. *2017-12-27, version 1.6* יש לי אייפון 8s והאפליקציה פשוט לא תומכת במכשיר. ניסיתי דרך סמסונג גלקסי s7 וגם לא עבד. השכן שלי הגיע והתחבר לדוד עם החשבון לי דרך הטלפון שלו וזה עבד תוך שניה, יש באג לא מובן באפליקציה. המתכנתים חייבים לעלות על זה כי המכשיר לא שווה בלי זה. ### 2/5 — Not syncing with app *2023-06-28* Worked for 6 month and now My Smart power plug is not found in the app. Smart plug is in pairing mode and nothing. I look forward to this product improving. ### 2/5 — Buggy *2020-06-09* Bug: once reaching maximum temperature stuck at home screen and has to restart the app. Bug: schedule get lost from app while the device is still programmed with previously set schedule. Service was very reponsive and they even fixed a big without me having to send my unit it. The app could use some improvements. Otherwise I would've given 5 stars. Thanks Switcher.
