They initiated the payment and I confirmed but yet they didn’t activate my bundle. I tried reaching out to the customer service but no reply. I called and the customer service dropped????? Not once not twice. I am a software engineer, please you guys should employ people who are dedicated to work and grow not the lazy ones working there. Using an app for more than 6 months and there’s no change on the website? Not even an update for a bug? This is the 21st century. If you are not serious enough, competition will soon take you out. They are not ready to grow the company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE!!!! This app is a scam!!! Thieves. It doesn’t work and if your load money to put data on any of your mobile networks it will never get there. Time and money lost.
