It keeps saying you need ired..... And ask you to pay for it. Don't waste your time!

You need to actually buy a physical transmitter from the company and plug it into the aux jack for it to work. Why it says you can turn tvs on and off at bars and friends houses I don't know...at least they don't charge for the useless app.

When reading all of the info the only thing it says you need is something or other from a website I thought it might've just been something once more to download but all it is- is having to buy the thing I can't remember at moment what it called. People need to stop wasting MY TIME in their descriptions of what they're selling.

I have the ired device and have the app licensed and fully activated, but absolutely no devices respond at all. Four different brands failed the auto search feature.  Apple TV doesn't work with it either!!!  And worst part is no support what so ever.  Simply no response to over 12 attempts for help.  3 more attempts for a refund and still no response.  I'm a highly experienced computer tech with over 12 years in everything computer technology!!! Please don't waste your money!!!!!!!!
