SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS
SwitchUp is only available in the US for customers with a valid US based phone number. SwitchUp is a paid service and requires an active subscription to function. Subscriptions are automatically billed monthly or annually to your iTunes Account and auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payments are charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. You can turn off auto-renew or manage subscriptions in your iTunes & App Store account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period (where available) is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Customer Service will not reply, no instructions on saving your number or porting it out before they go out business. I’m pretty sure this is against some telecom regulation or breaking some law. It’s funny, because I looked through the developer’s app and saw I had purchased another pro paid app. I guess I will uninstall that one too, now.

I was an early adopter of this app and even met with developers in the early days to provide user feedback. 

A couple of months ago I got a notification that the app would be discontinued and no longer supported as of June 2026. Fine, my annual subscription had just renewed and would expire in May 2026. 

Then, a couple of weeks ago the app stopped working saying ‘my subscription status could not be verified’ and telling me to pay again to regain access. Ummm NO. 

I contacted customer support and still haven’t heard back.
