I just got this app and it wants me to log in, but this is my first time using it and I don’t even have an account. On App Store it shows that there should be an option for us to create one, but I don’t have that???

This vpn worked for a couple of months and I haven’t been able to use it for 3 months now. It just won’t connect for whatever reason. I’ve been asking for a refund and the developer is so slow to reply/doesn’t want to give a refund. 50 bucks is a lot of money that I’d really like back
