I was very lucky to go through Southwest MO Agency 2 years ago; Tonya took excellent care of me. I still love my home which was a great investment. 
Tonya worked with the banker, the inspector, and made sure everything was done in a timely manner with response times that kept everything moving. I have heard lately again some horrible realtor and home purchase stories. 
If you are not able to work with a trusted Realtor you it will be your responsibility to take care of yourself in a very difficult industry and make one of the largest purchases you have ever made. 
I will forever use and refer to Tonya the most honest, trustworthy realty advisor, that follows through with every promise.
