However, the formatting of the app is bad. I’d imagine people that aren’t as comfortable with online banking struggle navigating this app. It needs a major upgrade, it’s embarrassingly outdated compared to most banking apps. Also it’s ridiculous that I get charged extra for paying online, I have never been punished for paying my auto loans online with any other bank. Isn’t that what you’d prefer, customers utilizing the self service options?
