NEVER MISS AN ORDER
Receive loud, persistent notifications the moment a customer places an order. Alerts include vibration and sound that continue until you respond, so you never miss a sale even during a busy rush. View full order details including items, quantities, special instructions, and total amount. Accept orders with one tap and mark them as ready when preparation is complete.

MANAGE YOUR PRODUCTS EASILY
Add, edit, and organise your products into menus that customers can browse. Swoop supports dynamic product types to match how your business works. Don't have professional photos? Use our stock image library to make your products look great. Toggle items on or off instantly when stock changes throughout the day.

TRACK YOUR PERFORMANCE
Your dashboard gives you a clear picture of how your store is doing. See pending orders, today's earnings, your wallet balance, average rating, and cancellation rate at a glance. Switch between daily, weekly, and monthly views to spot trends and make better decisions for your business.

GET PAID ON YOUR TERMS
Every completed order credits your Swoop wallet automatically. Request payouts to your bank account whenever you need funds, with free withdrawals every month. Track every transaction with a detailed history that links each credit back to the order it came from. Payout requests are processed within seconds, not days.

CONTROL YOUR AVAILABILITY
Toggle your store online or offline based on your operating hours. When you go offline, your store shows as closed on the customer app and you stop receiving new orders. Active orders remain visible so you can complete them before closing up. A confirmation prompt prevents accidental toggling.

TEAM ACCESS
Add staff members to help manage your store on Swoop. Assign manager or employee roles with different permission levels so your team can handle orders and products while you focus on running your business.
