Every prize was cheap and I could play a couple of times before having to find a way to get coins. But the reason this is a three star review is simply because once I opened the app it would just sit on the swoopy screen with the bear. It would say "Loading... User auth proces..." Except for the first week, there is No way of earning free coins for those times when you can’t buy but still would like to play. Some of the top claw apps allow you to get free coins or free plays and in return when I do have money, I will invest in those apps. Second big issue is that I did manage to when 2 prizes in that first week and what I got is not the same as the items pictured. **Developer response:** We are sorry your experience wasn't up to your expectations. But then I played the claw 2 times and my money was gone! And the only way to get money back is to sell and claim prizes which you can’t do because you need to be a vip. Horrible! You literally can’t do anything without being a vip, it makes me sad because before this happened I was like wow this game is going to be so cool! It’s weighted and to heavy for the claw. The original post of a strong is correct it does close all the way around. But what it fails to inform you it’s that the little black packages is weighted on one side to where it falls out once it begins to lift. I wanted to make sure I was accurate when I did this review so I wasted 10$ on extra coins to prove my point . No matter how many time I picked the item up it fell out even when it was secured centered. Save your money . All prizes are in the same little black packages and they are weighted so you can’t win . When you first start playing, there’s a variety of items for the claw to pick up. Once you add coins to play and it gives you free vip, the claw changes and the items it grabs change. It’s either a penguin that’s an awkward shape that the claw can’t maneuver around or a rectangle shaped pillow that’s so weighed down it barely lifts it. I’ve emailed support about getting my money back several times and have yet to have someone get back with me. Then it was super Duper hard to actually grab the plushy’s in the car machine. Then I won a supposedly giant stuffed seal. So I ordered it because it looked cute. Then three months later it came in the mail and was the size of my hand. The game is not good and I definitely don’t recommend. ### 1/5 — Total waste of time and money *2022-01-10, version 2.9.5* Positive reviews must be fake. But, I believed it, downloaded the app, and $5.99 later I may or may not have a unicorn plush (because I definitely need one of those) shipped to me in 4 weeks….ish.
