### 2/5 — Request

*2026-09-08, version 8.4.0*

I needed to keep reminding my preferences as it keeps dropping

### 2/5 — Impersonal and lacking access

*2026-09-04, version 8.4.0*

I find interacting with Sword very impersonal. There is no access to previous exercise routines without scrolling through messages. There is also no nutrition support which I think is necessary to improving health.

### 5/5 — Fun and easy to use

*2026-09-01, version 8.4.0*

Some of the exercises are really cute, like playing a video game. Others are more basic, but it’s fun and easy to use.

### 5/5 — Optimum

*2026-08-31, version 8.3.1*

The workout seems to fit my schedule and I enjoy the bits of exercises

### 5/5 — First Step

*2026-08-30, version 8.3.1*

First Lesson was interesting. No weird or difficult movements.

### 5/5 — So Cool

*2026-08-28, version 8.3.1*

This is such a nice app to have. It actually shows you if you’re not in proper alignment! This is awesome when you don’t have a trainer with you!!!

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2026-08-27, version 8.3.1*

I absolutely love my Sword Health and Bloom Sessions. So helpful especially for what I am experiencing with my health at this time of my life.

### 3/5 — Poor wearable

*2026-08-26, version 8.3.1*

Their wristband started giving me problems just after a few months of using it. I contacted them, tried updating the app… but it just couldn’t pair with the app any longer and that discouraged me a lot because it couldn’t give a good account of my activities, especially my steps.

### 5/5 — Sword Health

*2026-08-26, version 8.3.1*

Great app to help keep you motivated and has an advisor to adjust to your fitness needs.

### 5/5 — Review

*2026-08-25, version 8.3.1*

Very helpful and energizing but also very repetitive.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-08-25, version 8.3.1*

Enjoying my daily stretches, reminders, always helpful and supportive.

### 5/5 — Seems good so far.

*2026-08-23, version 8.3.1*

5 minutes in and it’s great. AI is snappy and smooth, it read my movements instantly.

### 5/5 — Good program

*2026-08-23, version 8.3.1*

The best thing for busy people. You can do it at your own pace at the comfort of your home. It’s completely tailored to your needs. And you don’t have to pay for it.

### 5/5 — Very Beneficial

*2026-08-21, version 8.3.1*

I’m so grateful for this program. It has really helped me!

### 5/5 — Good exercise

*2026-08-20, version 8.3.1*

Good exercise!

### 2/5 — Overall Quite Frustrating

*2026-08-20, version 8.3.1*

The trainers and customer service people are very responsive, but I have had consistent app connectivity issues. The wearable connection is spotty, and the app frequently reassigns completed activities where going outside was needed, like walks. Also, after almost every update, it would act like I just downloaded the app (“Sign in and create a PIN!”) only to then still have everything saved after that. Nice idea for being more active but definitely has functional problems, at least for me.

### 3/5 — Easy to follow

*2026-08-18, version 8.3.1*

Did my first session and it is so easy to follow and I see hope. I feel well supported by the specialists and the team.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Feels like an AI trainer

*2026-09-02, version 8.4.0*

Generic feedback feels like AI generated

### 1/5 — Missing the Calendar

*2026-08-31, version 8.3.1*

IDK why you would remove the calendar. I think knowing how frequently I have completed sessions is so important. If you want encouragement this needs to be put back.

### 1/5 — my review

*2026-08-26, version 8.3.1*

the directions of how to set up the camera are difficult and unclear

### 1/5 — Unfortunate.

*2026-08-07, version 8.3.0*

After using the application for around 2 months and feeling fairly impressed, a technical issue with one of the videos sat for over a week with no support. If the product is unreliable, what’s the point?

### 1/5 — Hidden Charges

*2026-07-29, version 8.2.2*

The charges were not explained clearly upfront. I completed the initial consultation because it was offered through my employer and insurance, but I never continued with the program because I found the process too clunky and preferred in-person sessions.
The next thing I knew, I was receiving monthly charges in the mail. I never once used the app or received anything in the mail. When I contacted customer service, there was absolutely no flexibility or willingness to refund the charges, despite the misunderstanding. The entire experience was frustrating and left me feeling misled. I would not recommend this service.

There response below and cancelling wasn’t as easy as described.

“You are free to cancel your program at any time you wish! Simply let your Specialist or Care Coordinator know if you choose to cancel and they will transition your program to a closed state”.

“This being said, our programs are billed in accordance with the contractual terms agreed upon between your plan and Sword. Once we have billed, it will not be refunded”

### 1/5 — Poorly Developed

*2026-07-28, version 8.2.2*

Will constantly crash and not give you credit for exercises. After every update, it signs you out and the passkey auto logins don’t work nor do your pins. Even something like a 1 min intro assessment crashed the app and worst of all, the app just started out of nowhere HOURS later in my pocket with the phone locked asking me to continue the assessment. This is after the app crashed and I closed it.

### 1/5 — App crushed down

*2026-07-20, version 8.2.1*

While you are using the app it’s shut down after 2 minutes and it’s impossible to use it.

The app it’s great but it’s 2 months that this is happening

### 1/5 — Horrible

*2026-07-17, version 8.2.1*

I had high hopes but went round in circles to get setup. When I had to download the application and setup it told me I can’t use my email. Nothing this stupid can be good.

### 1/5 — Not helpful, bad PTs

*2026-07-15, version 8.2.0*

The PT assigned to me was not responsive and the app is not too good. The tablet has a low battery life.

### 1/5 — Tracking is awful!

*2026-07-10, version 8.2.0*

The movement tracker in the Sword app is beyond awful. It tells you to correct things that aren’t wrong, and you can’t move on. I’m so frustrated and will recommend to my employer that they don’t use this service again.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Healthy movement

*2026-09-07, version 8.4.0*

Just in time

### 5/5 — So helpful and convenient!

*2026-09-07, version 8.4.0*

This has been better than going to a PT in person. I can chat and ask questions from real people but do not have to get babysitters for my children to get my sessions done. Instead I can do them at home yet still have resources at hand!

### 5/5 — Sword Health

*2026-09-06, version 8.4.0*

I was in the move program, and it is a good quick workout program to keep you feeling you best. Ashley is a good coach!

### 5/5 — Getting back on track with sword

*2026-09-04, version 8.4.0*

This is my second time using this benefit offer for free through my employer. The easy of the process due to my busy schedule helps me care for myself at my convenience. Thank you sword.
Sincerely
Trod

### 5/5 — Sword PT

*2026-09-03, version 8.4.0*
