But although the graphics look good, the customization falls flat once you don't have a wide range of skin-tones. Skin is the biggest organ, and the color is a big part of our features. I understand that it's probably geared toward an East Asian audience, but other people play this game. And I believe we should have that one simple thing to truly enjoy the customization of the game. The character customisation is great and the world looks good, the game has a lot of promising features, but found the experience a bit laggy for my pc and decided to download the mobile version. Well, I went through the process of following their tutorial, making an account on pc, downloading the mobile version, logging into the account on mobile, and surprise! It said “you can’t play in this region because your account is set to Europe. To play in this region please make another account”. The mobile version has no way to change region, it is purely based on what your App Store region is. I live in Australia, but apparently if you download this game off the App Store, you are forced into the North American region unlike the pc version that lets you select your preferred region and then server. This means I can never play my pc account on mobile because the mobile version physically does not let me switch servers even though I can log into my pc account on mobile just fine! I wanted to make absolutely sure that it wasn’t something that could be blamed on my device or my ISP because customer support would rather gaslight than help fix the issue. The manor is my favorite part of the game. It’s the ONLY part of the game that crashes nonstop. Other areas of the game will crash occasionally and for the typical reasons. The manor, however, is different. It’s become absolutely unplayable. The past 2 weeks it’s gotten so bad that it literally crashes every single time I add anything to my manor. Add a tree - CRASH & restart. Add a flower - CRASH & RESTART. Over and over and over again and again and again. I can’t make any progress whatsoever now. Let’s consider if this should be happening. This game is made for mobile devices. I play it on an iPad that’s 1 year old. I bought it brand new last year and it has 256 GB of storage. I have cleared EVERYTHING else off of the iPad. The only thing I use this iPad for is to play SoJ. I have all of the graphic settings turned down to absolute lowest settings. Nothing helps at all. I finally gave up after trying to at least save my work but it will not allow me to do even that anymore. It crashes on start up now. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on this game too. I’m done. I’ve reached out to customer service and got absolutely nowhere. I’ve tried transferring my mobile account to PC but that doesn’t work either. So would love to play the game but I can’t. And I even wasted my time by giving it a night. But here is why it sucks. A) Terrible almost borderline schizophrenic Skill system. And I used its older Nightwalker class to make that baseline statement. Like no fluidity. They even are pathetic enuff to add skills just so they can throw a most ppl dgaf gatcha system. B) They try to be all clever desperate gatcha. And that’s what they spend their time on,the devs…but none of it is even useful. C) The story doesn’t even make sense…it’s about a Nightmare…a Cu…martial artist in order to save his bottom and others taps into a cu with a one button attack. Lots of off the top schizophrenic explanation of this and that. D)Hypocritical action button graphics not immersive. It’s like why. All ur gna be doing is pressing til burst. And get this, they teach u or combo….only one. Which btw u have to tinker even when they tell the command cuz it doesn’t even tells in the skills menu itself what that is. And I am not wishing to be mean and I could go on and on and on about typical netmarble schizophrenia…but in sword of justice do things that make sense. Not scatterbrained crazy. It is so expansive. So much to do, very social elements. It considers all kinds of players: PVP focused, Social/Leisure focused, Dungeon focused/PVE. All paths have an absolute OCEAN of content. The story is amazing and fun. Quests are interesting and not just fetch this, go here, do this blah blah. Just incredible! It has raised the bar for me with other mmos, there’s nothing else like it. The only negative is that there’s so much to do, so many systems, but not a lot of info, so there’s a bit of a learning curve. If you’re a new player please consider getting a Mentor in game to show you the ropes.
