Useless after I paid for it, using the free version I had notifications but once I bought it for specific searches it stopped working

Paid the subscription and the app allowed me to make one notification only , wouldn’t let me delete it or edit it and never notified me of anything.   Want my money back.

When the main purpose of the app is to NOTIFY people, it’s pretty important that notifications work. It doesn’t on this app even though I turned on notifications. The audacity to push users into upgrading when your basic function doesn’t work…

Prices went down and I realized too late because I was never notified.

I had it set to notify when ticket prices dropped and it didn’t do so. The ticket prices on the map didn’t change for several days, suggesting the app wasn’t updating real time.

This app is great in theory but it doesn’t work. I am paying for premium and I tried to set up an alert and it won’t do anything. Just stays on the same screen.

I appreciate the effort that went into this, but I can’t even set up the notification alert. I wanted to set alerts for Eras 11/14, 11/15, 11/16. The drop down auto populates at seemingly random (eg even when typing in “Taylor Swift Toronto”, Sabrina carpenter and Olivia Rodrigo come up first). The 14th didn’t show up in the list at all and there’s no way to scroll down past the few suggestions that come up - entering the date, show name, etc doesn’t help either. There was no way for me to get 11/14 Toronto to display. When I tried closing the app and re-entering, no shows populated into the field at all. Will happily change my rating if this gets de-bugged, I hate leaving bad reviews I mostly just didn’t know another way to flag for the admins/developers.
