And we had to fitch out another ride to reach our home !!!!!!!!!! the seats and the car were horrible and totally uncomfortable The driver was driving in a very bad way and he was wearing homeware and slippers !!! So if you are like me and visiting and want to use their ride, then you won’t be able to register. Pointless even to try to use your email or apple account as they still need your phone number. The car arrived 10 minutes late at pick up and almost half an hour at point of arrival. The app had a license plate number that is different from the one on the car. The app had a driver that is different from the driver in the car. These issues may raise safety concerns for passengers. The seats are not that comfortable. It’s convenient, though. This would be the only appeal in my opinion. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst company ever *2026-05-08, version 7.0.17* Worst drivers and worst customer service ever wouldn’t recommend any one to deal with them ### 1/5 — Worst traveling experience ever *2025-10-22* After using this app for more than two months, I can confidently say that this is the worst way to travel. I had a subscription plan that required me to use this app, and I paid in advance. There is literally a 50% chance that the driver doesn’t show up — and when they do, they’re rarely on time. However, if you are even one minute late, they’ll leave you behind and blame you for not being on time. The customer support is absolutely terrible. They do nothing to help. I’ve called them dozens of times, and they’ve never solved my problems or compensated me for the time and money I’ve wasted. Once, when I complained that the driver didn’t show up, they literally told me to order an Uber instead. This is a horrible app that doesn’t care about its customers at all.
