- Added customer document controls, allowing staff to mark files as customer-visible or staff-only.
- Added the same document-sharing controls inside Tech Hub job and work-order details.

This update improves multi-business calling, technician scheduling, project management, and mobile estimates. Users can now receive calls across assigned businesses, select technicians based on availability, create end-of-day project reports, and present up to six estimate options. Customers can choose, approve, and sign estimates directly on the technician’s mobile device.

Improved dispatch so each job appears only once, eliminating duplicate job and work-order records.
Added quick access from dispatch records to complete work-order details.
Added technician availability when scheduling additional jobs, including a manual override option.

Saved Project Visualizations – AI-generated finished-project visualizations are now saved with pricing drafts and can be viewed again when a draft is reopened.
Push Notifications – Receive alerts for new emails, customer text messages, and team messages, including when the app is closed.
Improved Email Experience – Read and scroll through complete emails, view images, access attachments, and quickly reply or forward from the top of the message.
Enhanced Messaging – Text messaging has its own dedicated area, with improved number selection and support for choosing a preferred business number.
Improved Phone and Contact Identification – Caller and messaging records can display matching customer, lead, and employee names.
Booking and Appointment Management – Review appointments and access options to edit, reassign, call, or cancel bookings.
Improved Estimates and Invoices – Use fractional quantities for labor hours and other line items. Saved drafts can be reopened, edited, updated, and sent when ready.
