Calls will not come thru the app will show a missed call after I open it up. The phone will ring if the app is open. 
Once I close it it will not show signs of phone calls. 
All updates done. Everything is done properly the app is the issue.
Help to fix this !

I have a 16 max pro and the phone calls are only coming thru if the app is open. If I exit the app I do not see swyx ringing. Calls appear as missed after I open the app back up. Please help !

App läuft recht zügig. Ruf Weiterleitung wurde soweit nachgezogen. Uns ist noch aufgefallen, dass wenn man den Mobile Client nur im internen WLan nutzen möchte ohne Mobilfunknetz dann darf keine externe IP-Adresse zusätzlich hinterlegt sein. Das System erkennt nicht, dass nur intern verfügbar ist. Und es wäre super wenn man für die Swyx Mobile App wie bei der 2020er App noch einen anderen Klingelton optional hinterlegen kann.

Die Swyx Mobile App ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung und VoIP von unterwegs funktioniert meist solide – was bei mobilen Verbindungen ohnehin nicht immer einfach ist.

Allerdings fehlen wichtige Features: M365 SSO wird in der mobilen App nicht unterstützt, was die Anmeldung unnötig kompliziert macht. Unter Android funktioniert zudem die Anrufidentifizierung nicht. Besonders kritisch: Seit kurzem lassen sich GSM-Anrufe aus der App gar nicht mehr durchführen.

Insgesamt brauchbar, aber mit deutlichem Verbesserungsbedarf.

**Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihr ausführliches Feedback. Einige der Punkte, die Sie nennen, stehen bereits auf unserer technischen und konzeptionellen Prüfliste. Dazu gehört auch Microsoft-365-SSO. Unter iOS gibt es dabei eine zusätzliche Voraussetzung: Apple erlaubt die Nutzung von SSO nur, wenn auch das eigene Apple-SSO-Verfahren in der App unterstützt wird. 
Was die GSM-Anrufe betrifft: Hier ist die Ursache bekannt, und wir werden die Funktion wieder zur Verfügung stellen.

I have a 16 max pro and can not log in the app crashes every time I try logging in!! Why ?

**Developer response:** Thank you for your message. This issue was related to an early iOS 26.4 beta version. The crash condition was already identified and fixed in our app before iOS 26.4 reached general availability. In addition, Apple also addressed the underlying cause on their side, and the issue no longer occurred in later beta versions.

If you are still experiencing any problems on a current public iOS version, please let us know the exact version so we can take a closer look.

Funktioniert, man kann damit telefonieren. Leider fehlt die Möglichkeit die App Zeitgesteuert auszuschalten oder noch besser Kalenderabhängig zu steuern. Somit wird man regelmäßig nach der Arbeit angerufen weil man wieder vergessen hat die App manuell auszuschalten. Konsequenz des ganzen ist das man sie doch nur einschaltet wenn man telefonieren muss und nicht im Haus ist & ansonsten das Tischtelefon nimmt

Auf Serverseite lassen sich entsprechende Abläufe in manchen Umgebungen bereits per Skripting oder mittel MS Teams Integration umsetzen, auch wenn das nicht überall praktikabel ist. Wir nehmen den Punkt gerne zur Kenntnis und behalten solche Möglichkeiten im Blick.

Ich kann die Kommentare zum Teil nicht nachvollziehen. Bei mir läuft die App genau wie sie soll. Sogar der Wechsel von WLAN auf Mobile Daten im Gespräch funktioniert einfwandfrei.

Leider funktioniert die Signalisierung auf die Apple Watch noch überhaupt nicht. Ebenso vermisse ich sehr, dass ich Widgets nutzen kann. Speziell für An- und Abmeldung sowie Rufumleitungschaltung wäre das sehr sinnvoll…

Der Client lässt sich bedienen und zeigt auch grün im eigenen Status an. Nur telefonieren geht nicht, kein Hinweis nur erfolgloser Rufaufbau. Nach App-Neustart wieder ok. Habe ich schon auch mehreren Firmenhandys gesehen. 
Für ruhiges und ungestörtes Arbeiten vielleicht ganz praktisch 🙈
